AZARI TRADITIONAL TEAHOUSE: Dizi ADDRESS: Near Rah-Ahan Sq, Valiasr Ave, Tehran 11369 Iran OPENING HOURS: 10:00AM - 11:00PM DIZI: Add chickpeas, white beans, lamb and lamb fat to a claypot. Add water and cook for 4 hours. After cooking, add potatoes and a sauce made of tomato purée. Add turmeric, lemon powder, salt, chili powder and tomatoes. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 2.
