Near Govt Youth Hostel, Peddem Mapusa OPEN: N/A 🦈Shark Mori Cutlets: Cut pieces of Shark in a bowl. Add turmeric, green chili, coriander and salt and marinate for half an hour. Coat in rice flour and fry in fresh coconut oil until golden brown. . 🦀 Spiced Crab: Cut crab into pieces and bring to a boil with onion, water and homemade masala. 🥣Prawn Curry: Boil radish in curry gravy. Mix in prawns, coconut milk, salt, curry leaves, and minced ginger. 🍤Dangar (Prawn cake): Mix chopped onions, grated coconut, pepper, salt and turmeric with clean prawns in a bowl. Make Pattice out of the mixture and coat them with rice flour.
