INSANE Durian Chicken Hot Pot in China! Disgusting or Delicious?

Hot pot is also famous! I'm a huge fan of both. Chicken is a specialty in Southern China as well, so I came to Guangzhou to try the amazing Chinese food. I met up with a local friend to show me around Guangzhou and taste the local Chinese food specialties. Our original plan was to eat a special Chicken dish, but the restaurant was closed. That turned out to be a good thing, because we discovered a durian hot pot restaurant on another street nearby. I'm a huge lover of durian, and when we discovered this local food spot selling fresh durian hot pot, I was beyond excited. We sat down and ordered. It came with chicken and was basically a huge boiling pot full of durian and chicken. Here is the restaurant address in Guangzhou: 大龙凤第一鸡煲 越秀区北京南路22号（近天字码头） Many people take the durian challenge and find it disgusting or gross. The smell can be off putting to some, but I find that it is beyond amazing once you get used to the flavour, and is truly the best fruit in the world. It is the smelliest fruit in the world, coming from Southeast Asia, but in my opinion is not smelly, but rather fragrant and delicious! Combining these two flavours turned out quite well in my opinion, but they could have used higher grade durian like Maoshanwang or fox king durian from Malaysia to get the best effect. Still overall it was an amazing durian.
