How I stay ‘in shape’ as a food vlogger

I've been receiving lots of comments recently asking how I am able to eat so much in my videos but stay in shape - here's a video showing you a day in my life when I'm not travelling or filming a food video! Enjoy! Name of Taobao store where I buy English books (not an ad): 中华商务图书专营店 (copy and paste this name into Taobao and the store will pop up as the first result - has a purple logo) Follow me on Instagram @blondieinchina https://www.instagram.com/blondieinchina/ You can help support me and my channel (and watch my videos one day early) on Patreon!
