Shaken after their EVP session in the Church, Tim decides to withhold the evidence from the Broussards, for now. Instead he and Sapphire visit the local archives where they discover the region's dark, murderous history and possible connections to Karen's property. The team meets up with Pat, the former town caretaker who informs them about the suicide of a prospective buyer who visited the town just before Karen. Pat tells the team how the man holed up in the log cabin and behaved very strangely. The revelation feels like a pattern to Tim and Sapphire, given their interview with the suicidal former owner, Sherri. Tim invites Sarah Lemos, a medium, to help them decide whether to focus on the land, the buildings - or the Broussards. Sarah quickly gets a supernatural "calling" in the direction of a mysterious, deep pit on the property that she believes could hold answers. When the team sets up a dual seance at the saloon and pit - Tim gets more than he bargained for from the abyss. When a Seattle family moves to a ghost town in Montana, they quickly realize they are not alone.
