In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie, Luke travels to Vernon WI to visit “Two Girls and a Farm” run by couple, Polly and Kris. Polly is from Brazil, a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu cooking school in Peru and has a deep passion for permaculture.. Kris is from the city but has always had a passion for getting back to the land, and when Kris met Polly, they became Two Girls and a Farm. After a tour of the farm, Luke invites Polly back to his home in the Driftless to prepare a special Paella dish outdoors over an open flame.
