Wisconsin Foodie - The Pabst Theater

In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie we go behind the scenes at The Pabst Theater in Milwaukee, WI to get a rare peek into the kitchen of rockstars. The Pabst Theater has been a well-known landmark for entertainment in Milwaukee for generations. What’s less known, however, is the amazing chef treatment that every act gets when they come through Milwaukee. We join Pabst Theater Group Chef Kevin Sloan and Cole Ersel as they picks up ingredients and prepare dinner for tonight’s musical guest Lake Street Dive. Each night of the week Kevin and his crew will cook for a new band and find inspiration for that meal by listening to their music and researching the band. Today we make stops at an asian market, a mushroom grow op and an international grocery store.
