In this episode of Wisconsin Foodie Host Kyle Cherek and crew travel to Door County to visit Waseda Farms and the Wickman House. We meet up with Tom Lutsey owner and farmer at Waseda Farms to get his philosophy on farming and how he got into it. Also, we get a tour of his land and meet some of his amazing animals. Then we travel with some Waseda chickens over to the Wickman House to follow our meal from ground to plate. There we meet owners Joe Fahrenkrug and Mike Holmes, and wrap up the day with a the Lutsey family for dinner.
